The Seiko Prospex SJE119J1 is a Marinemaster 1965 Heritage Diver’s Watch that blends classic dive-watch design with modern mechanical technology. Its 39.5mm stainless steel case offers a compact and balanced profile, while the box-shaped sapphire crystal provides a clear and durable view of the dial. An anti-reflective coating on the inner surface also helps improve readability.
Inside, the watch uses Seiko’s Caliber 6L37 automatic movement with manual winding. It provides approximately 45 hours of power reserve and operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The movement also includes a stop-seconds function for more precise time setting.
Built for diving, the SJE119J1 offers 200-meter water resistance. Its unidirectional rotating bezel and screw-down crown provide dependable dive-watch functionality. LumiBrite on the hands, indexes, and bezel helps improve visibility in low-light conditions. The see-through and screw case back also lets you view part of the mechanical movement.
